At Symmetry Therapeutics, I believe that tending to your entire being is essential! We are multi-layered individuals with a physical body, emotional soul, and dynamic spirit melding into a conscious being. Everything is connected from head to toe, front to back, inside to out. So we must do more than just “fix” individual parts.
Working with your body’s own innate wisdom to blend an array of techniques, from and Energy work to Swedish massage and Myofascial therapy, each session will have you feeling entirely renewed!

I offer a variety of therapeutic modalities, usually combining several within one session. From Swedish massage to deep tissue to energy and biodynamic techniques, there’s something for everyone, no matter your stress, pain, or comfort level!
Bodywork
Taking care of yourself means making and taking the time to do so. A membership or massage series helps make that happen, and costs less too! Choose from a monthly membership or a package of 4 massages and receive a discounted rate.
